Draft for review. These are not finished terms, and a lawyer has not reviewed them. They are not legal advice. Date of this draft: November 8, 2026.

Terms draft

MotherSearch, LLC is a California company. The site at mothersearch.org is a new directory of mother-owned businesses. It may be empty while the first real listings are read and approved.

Listings

Please submit a listing only for a business you represent. The words are yours. MotherSearch reads a listing before it can be public, and approval means we are glad to show it so customers can find you. That reading is an introduction. It is not a check of licenses, insurance, ownership papers, or the quality of the work.

When the Verified membership opens, a person at MotherSearch would check the owner’s statement that she owns or runs the business, and that the public contact details match the listing. That mark would be a careful look, not a license, insurance, or quality check. Today, a published listing is a way to be found. The verified mark is still ahead, and payment is not open.

Payments

This version does not collect payment. The prices shown for Verified and Match are the planned prices. You can read them here, and you cannot buy them on this site yet.

Reviews

A listing is the owner’s description of her business. We do not add star ratings or customer reviews, and a listing is not a recommendation from MotherSearch.

The site as it is

The site is new and will change. We may remove a listing, close a form, or correct a mistake. To the extent the law allows, MotherSearch provides the site as it is, without a promise that a search will find a business or that a business will be a good fit.
